1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Expreci platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Expreci provides document processing tools including compliance matrix generation from PDF documents. The Service is designed to assist users in extracting and organizing requirements from solicitation documents.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Upload or process any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use the Service to transmit malware or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Data Retention
Uploaded documents and generated artifacts are retained for 7 days by default. After this period, they are automatically deleted. You may download your artifacts at any time before expiration. You may also request deletion of your data at any time through the privacy settings.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store the content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the requirement extraction will be complete or accurate. Users should review all generated outputs before relying on them for business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPRECI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
